im aout to purchase a sound system for just over £300 i was wondering, should i go for door speaker wich are 13cm in diameter even though my stock ones are 15cm and make a plastick baffle to fill the space, because i wont have enough room if i go for the 16.5cm. the depth is the problem, the sotck ones have a mounting bracket that move the speaker out and away from the window while it is lowered. so should i go for the 13cm ones cos they will fit in the mounting bracket, rather than getting the 16.5cm ones which i will need to figure out how to mount. they both have the same power, so i reckon the 13cm ones will be better, what are your views on this?
